The platform
One simulator venue management platform. Four products, one operational data model.
Simbook ships as four tightly integrated products that share one data model: online booking, self-service kiosk, operator control room, and venue management. Roll out one. Roll out all four. Works with any simulator software.
Built to integrate with the systems your venue already runs on
- Trackman
- GSPro
- Uneekor
- Foresight
- Square
- Stripe
The four products
Each product is useful on its own. Together they replace your entire venue stack.
Online booking software
Branded booking on your domain. Real-time bay-level availability, memberships, hour packs, deposits, gift cards, waitlists, instructor scheduling, and a mobile-first checkout designed to convert.
Self-service kiosk
Tap-in for booked customers, walk-in booking, mid-session extensions, branded leaderboards and promotions, and door / locker / bay-power unlock. The in-venue experience layer.
Operator control room
Live view of every active session with its timer, payment state, overstays, and pending extension requests, in priority order. Override controls one click away, every action logged.
Venue management
White-label branding, pricing rules, leaderboards, promotions, memberships, staff roles, and reporting across every location. The back office for the platform.
One operational data model
Your venue stops living in spreadsheets and group chats.
Bookings, sessions, members, payments, bays, instructors, and access events all share one model. Reporting, automation, and rules just work. You don't have to glue tools together, and you don't have to reconcile four dashboards to know what happened last weekend. Related reading: why simulator venues need purpose-built software.
- One source of truth for sessions, bookings, and payments
- Roles for owners, managers, floor staff, and HQ
- Open API and webhooks for accounting, BI, and access control
- Audit log on every change, every override, every refund
Not generic booking software
Built for simulator venues, not for restaurants or studios.
Generic booking tools force you to model a simulator bay as if it were a yoga class. Simbook models bays, sims, instructors, and members natively.

Remote support
A platform backed by real remote support.
Every Simbook deployment includes a real support partner, not a ticket queue. When something breaks at your venue, a real person picks up the phone, for your managers, your customers, and the operational issues that don't fit a SaaS support form.
Phone support for managers and customers
A real person picks up. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. Venue managers and their customers get help when they need it.
Troubleshooting across the venue stack
Simulator software, launch monitors, bay PCs, and operational setup. Most issues, not just Simbook bugs.
Remote setup help, worldwide
When remote access is granted, we help venues anywhere get up and running, including international locations.
Operational support, not just software
Day-to-day ops snags, customer-facing issues, and venue questions. We act like part of your team.

FAQ
Common questions from venue operators
Can I roll out one product first?+
Yes. Many venues start with online booking plus the kiosk, then add the control room and venue management modules. Because the data model is shared, you don't pay a migration tax later.
What simulator software does the platform work with?+
Any. Simbook is sim-software-agnostic. Your bays can run Trackman, GSPro, Uneekor, Foresight, E6, TruGolf, Awesome Golf, a custom PC sim, or a mix across bays. The platform wraps around whatever you run.
Does the platform replace my payment processor?+
No. We integrate with Stripe and Square so you keep ownership of your payment relationship. Saved cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all just work.
How white-label is the platform?+
End to end. Your colors, logo, copy, and domain on the booking site, kiosk, member portal, leaderboards, confirmation emails, and receipts. Customers should never see the word Simbook unless you put it there.
How does multi-location work?+
One workspace, multiple venues. Per-location pricing, shared inventory and members, role-based access, and consolidated reporting. Built for operators with two to twenty locations.
What's the typical onboarding time?+
Most single-location venues go live in days. Multi-location operators run a structured rollout, usually one or two pilot venues first. We migrate customers, memberships, gift cards, and upcoming bookings as part of onboarding.
Is remote support included with the platform?+
Yes, on every plan. Phone support for venue managers and their customers, troubleshooting across the simulator stack (sim software, launch monitors, bay PCs, operational setup), and remote setup help for new and international venues when access is granted. We act like part of your operations team, not a SaaS vendor with a ticket queue.
