Venue management

Configure your booking, kiosk, branding, and leaderboards, from one workspace.

Venue Management is the back office for your online booking system. Set up white-label branding, pricing rules, memberships, leaderboards, promotions, staff roles, and reporting across every location. One workspace, every venue. Part of the four-product Simbook platform.

Built for venue operators

Everything you need to run a venue, configured in one workspace

  • White-label branding

Configure your colors, logo, copy, and domain across the booking site, kiosk, member portal, leaderboards, and emails. Customers see your venue, not someone else's SaaS.

  • Leaderboards and promotions

Daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards. Member rankings, league standings, and on-brand promotional campaigns shown on the booking site, kiosk, and member portal.

  • Pricing rules and policies

Per-bay, per-hour, per-day-of-week pricing. Member discounts, off-peak rates, deposit and refund policies. All editable without a developer.

  • Members, packs, and memberships

Tiered memberships, hour balances, packs, gift cards, and lifetime value at a glance. One member record across every location you operate.

  • Staff, roles, and shifts

Role-based access for owners, managers, floor staff, and HQ. Shift scheduling, audit logs, and per-action permissions for refunds and overrides.

  • Reporting and open API

Revenue, utilization, member growth, and bay productivity, drilled by venue, day, and bay type. Open API and webhooks for accounting, BI, and access control.

One source of truth

Bookings, sessions, members, and payments, in one model.

Every operational event lives in one model: bookings, sessions, payments, no-shows, alerts, extensions, access events. Reporting and automation just work because there is nothing to reconcile. See our guide to indoor golf membership pricing for tier design examples you can configure directly in venue management.

  • Unified data model across booking, kiosk, and control room
  • Audit log on every change, every override, every refund
  • Role-based access for HQ, managers, and floor staff
  • Open API and webhook events for everything

Remote support

Venue management, with a real support partner behind it.

Configuration tools are only useful if a real person picks up when something goes sideways. Simbook's support team helps with operational issues across the venue, not just the venue management workspace.

  • Phone support for managers and customers

A real person picks up. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. Venue managers and their customers get help when they need it.

  • Troubleshooting across the venue stack

Simulator software, launch monitors, bay PCs, and operational setup. Most issues, not just Simbook bugs.

  • Remote setup help, worldwide

When remote access is granted, we help venues anywhere get up and running, including international locations.

  • Operational support, not just software

Day-to-day ops snags, customer-facing issues, and venue questions. We act like part of your team.

FAQ

Common questions from venue operators

How white-label is Simbook?+

End to end. Your colors, logo, copy, and domain on the booking site, kiosk, member portal, leaderboards, confirmation emails, and receipts. Customers should never see the word Simbook unless you decide to put it there.

Can different staff see different things?+

Yes. Role-based access means floor staff see the control room and member lookup, managers see operations and reporting, and HQ sees everything across every location. Refund and override permissions are per-role.

How do leaderboards and promotions work?+

Leaderboards are configurable per venue, per timeframe (daily, weekly, monthly), and per member tier. Promotions are scheduled campaigns shown on the booking site, kiosk, and member portal. Both update without a developer.

Can we connect Simbook to our accounting and BI?+

Yes, open API and webhooks for every event. Most multi-location operators stream Simbook into their data warehouse for advanced reporting alongside their BI tools.

Who supports operational issues at our venue?+

We do. Simbook is a support partner, not just a software vendor. When something breaks (a Simbook bug or otherwise), our team helps you troubleshoot. That includes simulator software, launch monitors, bay PCs, and operational setup. Phone support is available for venue managers and their customers, and remote setup help is available for new and international venues when access is granted.
