Yes. The booking flow runs on your branded domain (e.g. book.yourvenue.com), in your colors, with your logo and copy. The kiosk, member portal, leaderboards, and confirmation emails are all white-label. Members see your lounge, not Simbook.
Do you support tiered memberships, hour packs, and family plans?+
Yes. Tiered memberships, hour packs, deposits, gift cards, off-peak rules, family plans, and corporate billing are all native. Members manage their own plans and balances through the member portal.
Can we run lessons and coaches inside the platform?+
Yes. Coaches have their own portal with availability, certifications, and shared bay logic. Lessons share bay inventory with open play and surface in the customer booking flow alongside it.
Do you integrate with our bar POS?+
Yes. We integrate with major POS systems for tab assignment and member billing. Most lounges run unified bar-and-bay tabs on the member record.
How do leaderboards and promotions work for members?+
Leaderboards are configurable per timeframe (daily, weekly, monthly) and per member tier. Promotions are scheduled campaigns shown on the booking site, kiosk, and member portal. Both update without a developer.
